Chaperones:
I have updated the chaperone schedule that is posted to the right under "Pages". The added/changed names are in red. Please be sure to check the entire document for your name and let me know asap if you have any conflicts. You should arrive at the time posted on the chaperone schedule. You may bring your child in with you while we prepare for the day. Please arrive on-time so we may meet prior to your group's arrival. All chaperones need to wear black or very dark clothing. You will be backstage.
Tights:
Apparently, The Leotard is out of our required "Body Wrapper" C30 footed tights. If you are planning to purchase tights for the ASP, please do not purchase the Bloch brand. Under the theater lights the colors will not match. Dance Togs and Portland Dancewear still have the correct brand and style in stock; though we suggest you call ahead and ask that a pair be held for you.
Arrival Time:
Times for "drop off" allow for plenty of prep time. Please do not drop your child off more than 15 minutes before her/his call time. Dancers will not be allowed in the church prior to this time unless the parent is a chaperone.
