A lot of information has come your way, so I would like to clarify a few important points and one change:
- ALL Newmark Release Forms must be turned in before Monday, April 21st!
- Chaperone forms are still trickling in; I hope to post a schedule in the next day or two.
- Dancers must have canvas shoes for the performance. The preferred shoe for girls is: Bloch Zenith Stretch Canvas in pink for size 2 and up. Smaller sizes please match the color.
- ONE CHANGE: There will be NO makeup for the Wednesday, April 23rd, first dress rehearsal at 6:00p. We will be in full costume and hair, just NO makeup.
- As stated in the ASP Information and Guidelines letter you received with your Performance Commitment Form: "There are to be no absences between March 31, 2014 and April 27, 2014. Any illnesses during this last month of rehearsals will require documentation." We are now in the final days of rehearsal. Anyone missing rehearsals between now and April 27th will not be allowed to participate in the ASP.

22, 2014 through April 27, 2014 is when we move into the theater and begin our
technical (spacing, lighting)/dress rehearsals and performances. It is often an intense time with strict
schedules, especially for the higher-level students. Attendance is absolutely mandatory. We try to minimize loss of school time by
scheduling rehearsals in the afternoons, but expect some school absences or
partial-day absences during this time.
